Dr. Cristhine Pastorini has joined Gastroenterology Associates as our first Ocala-based, female gastroenterologist. She is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.
After completing an Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Miami, Dr. Pastorini was accepted into a Fellowship position at the University of Pittsburg School of Medicine. Upon graduation in 2016, she joined the Quincy Medical Group in Quincy, Illinois, where she practiced for 4 ½ yrs.
The Pastorini’ s relocated to Ocala in February 2021. Her husband, Dr. Vitor Pastorini is an Oncologist with Florida Cancer Specialists in Ocala. They are the proud parents of two beautiful children.
In addition to being board certified in Gastroenterology, Dr Pastorini is well-versed in Hepatology and Nutrition. She will practice in our Ocala offices, and will have privileges at all three Ocala area hospitals.
