Mariana de Jongh, M.D., graduated from University of Central Venezuela in 1999. She completed a three year internal medicine residency at Albert Einstein and was selected as chief resident for a fourth year. From 2005 to 2008, Dr. de Jongh trained in gastroenterology at the Albert Einstein Medical Center (Philadelphia) and TUFTS New England Medical Center in Boston. Upon completion of her training, Dr. de Jongh and her family moved to the Lake/Sumter County area where she has been practicing ever since. Dr. de Jongh is board certified in gastroenterology and internal medicine. She is bi-lingual (English and Spanish). Dr. de Jongh practices in our office in Summerfield/The Villages.
